Can I make a donation to the museum?
Yes you can, to the ABBA The Museum Foundation.
The aim of the ABBA The Museum Foundation is to preserve and publicly display and through other means make objects of all kinds available, related to the music group ABBA and to Swedish music life.
The purpose of the foundation is to receive and administer donations of objects that are relevant for the foundation’s purpose.
The foundation accepts money contributions in order to, when an opportunity occurs, buy objects that are available for sale on the market.
We don’t accept cash at the museum, only card payments. It’s safer and more efficient for everyone.

I lost something when visiting the museum. How do I get it back?
If you lost something during your visit, please send an email to info@abbathemuseum.com with a description (and an image if possible) of your lost item and we will search through our Lost & Found record for you.
Is there a restaurant or café inside the exhibition?
We do not allow food or drinks inside our exhibitions.

Am I allowed to bring animals to the exhibition?
We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot allow them inside the exhibitions for safety and allergy reasons.
There is a lot of noise and light in the exhibition that can harm animals, so for the animal’s safety, we cannot allow them in the exhibition. Assistance dogs are allowed.
Am I allowed to bring a stroller inside the exhibition?
Due to fire regulations, we do not allow strollers inside the exhibition. We are more than happy to show you where to park your stroller during your visit upon arrival, and we offer (a limited number of) Baby Björn carriers for the younger children.
Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
The museum is fully wheelchair accessible and the elevators access each level.
Personal care assistants and attendants are welcome, and they do not need to purchase a ticket, but can collect a free ticket at the counter.
The museum has room for up to five wheelchairs (less if there are bigger motorized wheelchairs) at the same time, therefore some waiting time can occur. We also have two non-motorized wheelchairs on loan at the museum. If you wish to borrow a wheelchair, please contact us at info@abbathemuseum.com
Am I allowed to take photos and film in the exhibition?
You are more than welcome to take as many photos as you want in the exhibitions, just remember that no flash is allowed!
You are not allowed to film in the exhibition. The only exception is that you are allowed to film yourself while using our interactive features. For example becoming the 5th member of ABBA on our large stage.
What languages is the museum Audioguide available in?
The Audioguide is available in the following languages: Swedish, English (in both these languages the ABBA members themselves are telling their story), German, Finnish, French, Dutch, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Chinese and Japanese.
Use your phone and listen to the band tell their own stories and memories from their incredible career as you explore the museum at your leisure in our Audioguide. To listen, scan the QR codes you´ll find in the exhibition.
When is a good time to visit the museum?
We usually have the most guests in the museum from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Tickets are to be purchased via our website. To avoid a queue by the entrance to the exhibition we recommend you arrive on your chosen time slot, not sooner.
Do I need to purchase a ticket to visit the shop?
You will not need to purchase a museum ticket to enter our shop. You will find the shop as soon as you enter the building.
What are the opening hours for the museum and the shop?
Our shop is open during the same hours as the museum.

How much time do I need inside the exhibition?
We recommend around 1½-2 hours inside the exhibition. Remember to keep an eye on our opening hours here
Is there a cloakroom or a place to store luggage?
We offer a limited number of lockers during the visit. The lockers are free of charge. There is no space for larger bags or luggage.
Can I park outside the museum?
Djurgården is a popular destination, but parking spaces are limited. There are no parking spaces in connection to the museum. We recommend that you use public transport instead, or why not take a nice walk? We are located only 20 minutes from the city center.
How do I get to the museum?
Our address is Djurgårdsvägen 68, 115 21 Stockholm, Sweden.
You can use the following means of public transportation:
ABBA The Museum offers a special ticket for school classes from elementary school to high school. The ticket includes an entry for maximum 30 people (at least one adult to every ten students).
Can I cancel or change the date or time on my ticket?
Purchased tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before the booked time slot via the “manage my booking” button on your order confirmation.
If you wish to change the date or time on your tickets (latest 24h before booked time slot); cancel the original order, via the “manage my booking” button on your order confirmation and purchase new tickets on our website.
Is there a special discount for people with disabilities?
We do not offer different pricing for our disabled guests. However, we do offer free admission for up to two personal assistants/companions with a companion certificate. As a personal assistant/companion, you cannot book your ticket online, but you can collect your ticket at our ticket office when you visit us.
Is my ticket valid for entry the whole day?
The ticket is only valid for one entry during your chosen date and time. Just remember that we recommend around 1½-2 hours inside the exhibition, and to keep an eye on our opening hours on our website here.
Do I have to print my ticket before visiting the museum?
You will not need to print your tickets before visiting us, you can scan the QR-code from your smartphone in the entrance.
Can I enter with my ticket another date?

My booking confirmation has a time on it, do I have to visit the museum at that time?
When you booked your tickets you chose a time slot for your visit and this is the time you need to enter the museum. The ticket is only valid for one entry during the chosen date and time. Is there an age limit for children visiting the museum?
The minimum age for visiting the museum without an adult is 16.
